The Herriots team at Brisbane North manages property valuation services throughout the Brisbane City Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council regions. Partner Rod Hart manages the Brisbane North team. Rod has worked in the property industry for more than 20 years. Rod’s broad experience encompasses all manner of property matters, having worked in Telstra’s properties section for many years where he was part of a team managing the company’s large property portfolio across Queensland and the rest of Australia.

Rod ventured into private valuation practice in 1998 and has been valuing residential properties on the north side of Brisbane since that time. He has an in-depth knowledge of valuation and matters retaining to real property with an expertise in residential real estate from Brisbane to Caboolture.
